The tour rate is in total, not per person, from 1 to 7 people.
From 8 to 35 people the rate is increased by 20 € in total.
From 36 people up to 50, the maximum number of people per guide, the rate is increased by additional 4 € for each additional person over 35.
Payment for the tour can be made after the service by card, bank transfer or cash.
At the end of the service, the guide issues a regular invoice.

How to obtain the 3 hours or 6 hours deal?
Since the tours can be customised by duration and can also be combined with each other, to get the offer of 3 hours for € 175 or 6 hours for € 300, even more tours of less than 3 or 6 hours can be combined together.

Cancellation Policy
It is the responsibility of the guide to guarantee the guide service in any case. If, even for personal reasons, the guide is unable to perform the service in the date set with the client, it will be his concern to contact a trusted colleague who can replace him and therefore guarantee the customer service.
The cancellation of the tour from the client can be done free of charge by giving timely notice to the guide before 48 hours from the date and time agreed for the service. In this case the customer doesn’t have to pay anything. If instead cancellation is made by the customer when there are less than 48 hours before the date agreed for the service, the customer must pay an amount corresponding to the 50% of the total rate.
The eventual tickets bought by the guide for the museums, whose money was advanced by the customer, are not refundable.
